Organizational governance
General Assembly
The highest decision-making body, made up of all members. Approves the statutes, elects the board and reviews annual reports.
Board
Manages and represents the association between General Assemblies, in line with the statutes.
Chairperson
Pending confirmation
Leads the board and represents the association. Public sources of the Latvian large-family movement name Olga Černišova-Stūriška as head; this will be shown once confirmed.
Vice-Chairperson
Supports and deputises for the Chairperson.
Secretary
Keeps records of meetings and decisions.
Treasurer
Oversees finances and reporting.
Decisions are taken by the General Assembly and the Board in accordance with the association's statutes and the Associations and Foundations Law of Latvia. Names of officers are published only once verified.
